For damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items, email Support@Merryvelle.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos or video of the issue and the packaging label when available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not return parcels to the supplier or the address on the shipping label. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and an authorized address.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Cancellation requests must reach us before supplier processing; once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible. Personalized or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled after production begins.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take up to 10 business days to post the credit. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
